Research

My research is focused on nanostructured thermoelectric materials. I am interested in the synthesis and characterization of new thermoelectric materials and their practical applications. I finished my Ph.D. at Iowa state university with Professor Gordon J. Miller. My research in Miller&apost;s group was focused on experimental and theoretical solid state chemistry with an emphasis on the synthesis and characterization of novel materials. Specifically, I examined the fundamental relationships among the chemical composition, crystal structure and property of magnetic materials.
