Profile

I studied Chemistry at the University of Genova, Italy, where I pursued a Master’s degree in Chemical Sciences in 2023, with a focus on Solid-State Chemistry applied to Materials and Energy. I am currently a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Simona Delsante and prof. Riccardo Freccero in the research group of Prof. Diego Colombara, also at the University of Genova. My previous research focused on Al-Zn-TM alloys (TM = Group 4 elements), specifically on phase equilibria and the experimental determination of their thermodynamic properties. In March 2025, I joined the Kanatzidis group as a visiting scholar. My current research focuses on the synthesis, structural and thermodynamic characterization of alkali metal selenides.
