Research

I joined the Kanatzidis Group as a Post-doctoral fellow in September 2016. In my research, I wish to develop low-cost, air-stable photovoltaic devices based on ‘new’ and ‘old’ inorganic photovoltaic materials in a modern design. I study the basic properties of these photovoltaic materials, the effect of various materials as the device components and the device fabrication process. In my Ph.D. I studied the basic properties of inorganic nanocrystals by various optical microscopy and spectroscopy techniques, at the single nanocrystal level, of many single particles and at the ensemble.
