I graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), receiving my B.S. in Chemistry. Part of my undergraduate research at AUTh was in Archaeological Materials Chemistry and Archaeometry, studying the use of non-destructive analytical techniques for the chemical and structural characterization of ancient antiquities. I also collaborated and conducted research for Prof. R. G. Raptis at FIU working on the design of ligand precursors and studying their coordination chemistry. My research currently focuses on the exploratory synthesis of perovskite materials for optoelectronic applications.
