I graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2017 majoring in chemistry and minoring in physics. Under Dr. Bryce Sadtler, I studied lead iodide nanoparticle synthesis methods. We then used them to study the single crystal transformation mechanism of lead iodide to lead perovskites. I also previously did biophysics research for Dr. Ronald Koder at CCNY on protein design. We looked at utilizing supercharged proteins to enhance binding affinities of a designed protein to a target molecule for low concentration detection of bio-molecules in a cheap and portable manner.
