Profile

I joined the Kanatzidis Group in June 2022 as a visiting scholar. My research focuses on the exploratory synthesis of metal sulfide ion exchanging materials for water remediation. Prior to this post, I was a postdoctoral fellow in the group of Dr M. J. Manos at the University of Ioannina, Greece. My research was focused on the synthesis of metal-organic frameworks with interesting ion-exchange properties towards toxic heavy metals.
