The Northwestern UCC offers tutoring services in chemistry to all students, regardless of membership status
in the UCC. In other words, if you're a NU undergrad, you can use our free tutoring service.
FOR GENERAL CHEMISTRY ONLY: General chemistry tutoring takes place Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8pm-10pm in 619 Emerson. Students should bring their wild cards to sign in. For more information or questions, email gen. chem. tutor J.C. Jacobs (jcjacobs2007@u.northwestern.edu). FOR ORGANIC CHEMISTRY: Free group tutoring is offered at the University Main Library in seminar room 5746 from 7-8 pm on Sunday evenings led by Berkcan Akpinar. FOR CHEMISTRY 220 (INSTRUMENTAL ANALYSIS): Chemistry 220 tutoring is also available every Sunday at 8pm in LR2, at the same time as orgo tutoring, or you can email Liuchuan Tong (liuchuantong2012@u.northwestern.edu) directly to set up an appointment. The tutor will email you back to confirm. If you have any problems with this process or the tutor does not show up/does a poor job, please email UCCtutoring@gmail.com to let us know.
