JUNIOR RESEARCH SEMINAR: NANOSCALE PATTERNING AND SYSTEMS

Offered Spring 2004. This research course, for students of Junior standing, enabled students to design and perform nanoscale patterning experiments using scanning probe lithography and bench-top fabrication techniques.
