Research

I joined the Kanatzidis Group as a postdoctoral fellow on May 2016. My research involves the crystal growth and characterization of new type of metal chalcogenides and halides compounds, and the following X/gamma-ray detector fabrication and evaluation, also includes the exploration of new kinds of materials for radiation detection. My research in NPU was mainly focus on CdZnTe growth and X/?-ray detectors fabrication, and also the development of compound semiconductors for THz and electro-optical application.
